- Cinnamon- Mix 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 2 tsp. honey with 2 tsp. peanut butter. Spread on sliced apples or pears
- Peppermint-Puree 2 tbs. fresh mint with 1/2 cup yogurt or ricotta cheese. Serve with berries.
- Ginger-Toss 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger with 2 tsp. sesame oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce and 1/2 cup 100-percent pineapple juice for a zesty marinade.
